System Concept

Zephyr II brings on-site customized gas standard preparation to a compact footprint. Thanks to its embedded AlySoft and 7″ touch interface, Zephyr II can be installed exactly where you need it: on a bench, in a mobile lab or next to the analyzer. It is widely used for applications involving only two gases, such as multi-point calibration from a concentrated standard plus a diluent.

The interface is intuitive and fully automated: run a single injection or a pre-programmed sequence. AlySoft computes the target flows, calculates uncertainty of the final concentration (considering MFC flows and parent gas certificate) and logs events for traceability.

The Smart Sequence Builder creates multi-point curves in one click — choose the number of points, start/stop concentrations, and the software generates the levels automatically. The optional battery guarantees up to 6 hours of uninterrupted operation in the field or during mains cut-off.

AlySoft — Embedded Software

Zephyr II is operated via the built-in AlySoft on a 7″ touch screen — no PC required. It can also exchange signals with an analyzer via dry contact or TTL. Projects store gas libraries, MFC calibration curves per gas, user settings and analyzer sync parameters.

Metrological Excellence

Every integrated Mass Flow Controller (MFC) undergoes 400-point factory calibration across the full dynamic range and for each selected gas matrix (He, Ar, CH₄, H₂, N₂, Air, CO₂…). This ensures superior linearity and precision, especially at very low and very high flow rates.
